HOW TO BOOK: 

1) Communicate the chosen proposal (by email, phone, whattsapp),

2) Pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, to confirm the booking,

     - by credit card (request us the link for a easy pay)

     - or by bank transfer made out to:

    - or in cash. 

The payment must be made within 5 days of communication of the chosen proposal.

 

 INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Payment:
The balance of the rental must be paid upon delivery of the umbrella, using one of the following methods: cash, credit card (VISA, Maestro, American Express), or bank check.

Umbrella delivery:

is carried out on the day of arrival after 8:00 am. We recommend that you stick to these times to avoid waiting or inconveniences.


Entry conditions:
Upon arrival we will ask you for the green pass or what is required by current legislation. The number of people hosted cannot exceed 4 per umbrella. 

Return of the umbrella:
The umbrella must be returned by 8:00 PM on the last day. Umbrellas should be clean and in the same condition as when they were provided. Any damage incurred during the stay is the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation policies:

UNTIL JUNE 30TH AND FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST
Cancellations or changes up to 2 days before the arrival date incur no charge. After this limit, cancellations, late changes, or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.

DAL 1 LUGLIO AL 31 AGOSTO

Cancellations or changes up to 15 days before the arrival date incur no charge.
After this limit, cancellations, late changes, or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.

In the event that the Marche Region and/or the customer's region impose confinement measures (lockdown) at any time that prevent the stay, the full deposit will be refunded.


Late arrivals or early departures do not result in any reduction in the rental price. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day, we kindly ask you to notify us via email. In case of no-show, 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date and without prior notice, we will consider the umbrella available for new rental.

In case of bad weather, the price of the umbrella will not be refunded.
